Over a decade ago, I set out to create a shift in the recruiting industry—an industry often known for its transactional nature and relentless pace. My goal wasn’t just to build a successful company; it was to create something truly exceptional, a place where people thrived and a mission-driven business that touched lives. Today, as Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has twice recognized us as the best recruiting firm to work for in North America, I reflect on the principles that laid the foundation for this journey.

From January 2018 through July 2021, we experienced 0% voluntary turnover—a nearly unheard-of accomplishment in our industry. This period highlighted the strength of our culture and the deep sense of belonging felt by every team member.
Even as we transitioned to a fully remote model in September 2020 due to the pandemic, that culture remained steadfast. The same principles that guided us in-person have thrived in the virtual space, fostering an environment where collaboration and connection remain paramount. Today, the average tenure at Averity exceeds six years, further underscoring the enduring strength of our mission, vision, and values.
