I am proud to share that Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has recognized Averity as one of the Best Staffing Firms to Work For in North America for 2021 for the second year in a row! This year’s award shines a spotlight on recruiting firms that “stand out in an especially turbulent year for their ability to keep staff and workers motivated, productive and feeling valued, and for their leadership in putting people first.”
It is an honor to be recognized by SIA for “putting people first,” because that is the heart of what Averity does and the secret of our success. It’s the reason I started Averity. Now, we are running a fundraiser to support Feeding America in the wake of COVID-19’s impact on American communities. For us, it’s just the beginning.
